Dear Comrades,
The
final meeting with the 7th Pay Commission and National Council leaders
was held on 9th June 2015 at New Delhi. The meeting was attended by
Com. Shivagopal Mishra Secretary Staff Side, National Council (JCM), M. Ragaviah
Leader Staff Side, KKN Kutty President Confederation M. Krishnan General
secretary Confederation, M.S. Raja Working President Confederation, Sreekumar
General Secretary AIDEF, etc.
The
meeting elaborately discussed about the following issues:

Principles
of Wage Determination

Minimum Wage & Ratio of Minimum
and Maximum Pay
·
Proposed Pay Structure and Rate of
Increment
·
Career Progression: Grant five promotions
in the service career
·
Bonus
·
New Pension Scheme
·
Pension and other Retirement Benefits
·
Parity in pay scales
·
Insurance Scheme
·
Educational Assistance, etc.
The Pay Commission also intimated that
the Report shall be submitted to the Government in the last week of August 2015’
